Smr Simple!

I go to my C/programs/SMRR.. and i see the folders like customassets.. but it is empty.. and so is the main SMRR folder. Are the XML's and such hidden for some reason? I just reinstalled this after not playing it for years, so I did a quick install, should I reinstall and do a custom? (basicly tell it where to save) I'd really like to try modding, its just...you know.. not possible without the files to mod :L

I don't think you need to do any custom install.
It might help to think of "Main Files" and "User Control Files".

The Main game files are here:
C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Railroads!
If it comes up empty for you, run the exe and play a portion of one of the built-in scenarios.

Here are the files it is easy to get to, from your desktop shortcut or just looking:
C:\Documents and Settings\(YourUserName)\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Railroads!
This is the one you will see members mentioning deleting to clear, as it will be re-created when the game runs.
