Adding new city songs

Has anyone tried adding new music to a mod? I've been fooling with it for a couple of days, but I can't get it to work. The system seems rather convaluted. There are at least 4 different files all dealing with city songs. If anyone knows how to sucessfully add a new citysong to a mod, I could sure use a little guidance. Any info would be appreciated. I have never tried, but you might want to check Lowell's Florida Gold 400 map and see how he did it.

I think you and jancsika have never played borneo island map, because in there provide what you are looking for, try to check in every city as a starting location. You'll hear a song namely "Gending Sriwijaya" if the cursor is in the cities

Actually I have another problem. I and my wife have our computer in the same room. Since she is playing these Roll Playing games (Daggerfall and such), she was strongly objecting to my train whistles. So I had to turn down the sound.
