Tutorial : What is NIF, KF and KFM File

Almost two years ago I have question about "How to make KFM file from NIF File" in this forum
But until now no one nobody can give me answer, so I must to looking for to answer my question by myself, almost every night 8.00 PM to 00.00 I made experience with 3ds max and NIFSCOPE, Fortunally at least...I have found answered for my Question.
So...now I want to sharing What's knowledge I have into this forum for all people who's want to create or edit model such as Train, Train Car, etc but didn't know what must their do because they aren't understand about structure file from that model.
In the first time I want to describe what it is NIF, KF and KFM File and what must to do if want to edit those file
Ok guy...I can't talk so much because my bad in english so I describe that's with picture in order to you can understand what I mean.
