Patch for Event Borneo Island Map

On Borneo Island Map which you've installed, provide RRT_Event_Borneo Island Map.xml only affect the stock alone and there is no event for the goods, so with this patch will modify RRT_Events_Borneo Island Map.xml by adding event to all existing goods on Borneo island map and add some DDS files associated with the event
just download the ZIP file below then extract and click icon setup then the Patch Installer will do it all for you, then you can play this map again and will see newspaper event, when the price of the goods increase or decrease
