Can someone tell me, what does this line mean:

* Localization - Misc. localization fixes.

"Local" as in, language fixes for when game is distributed in various countries?

That is the typical definition of "Localization" when it comes to software. The software starts in a native language (English) and is then Localized into other languages (German, etc)
