Updated forum software, sadly this lost our fancy theme

Hello Everyone
I am still busy with my day job, I am the main programmer on the game TINY METAL, but I was able to steal away some time to update the version of phpBB powering this forum.
As a side effect of the upgrade sadly we have lost the theme we inherited from the old site which hosted this forum. I tried keeping that theme running over the years but it came to the point where the codebase was no longer compatible with phpBB.
