Is this Cross Tacking or Track Sneaking?

Hi all. I was playing a game with a very good player Lordsson. We weren't supose to use the what I call Cheap Tracks(aka Cross Tracking, Track Sneaking). Below are 2 pics of the game we played. Please be the judge and tell me what you all think.

Red is me, and blue is Lordsson.

No, it is not. If you cross your track through the other tracks, then you are track sneaking. Try placing your rails half way through the opponent's track and then continuing through their track from that point.

Thanks for the response BN. So half of a sneak is not a sneak is what you are saying. I disagree, but since I'm out numbered. I will adjust accordingly when I play you two.
