I did have this feature available once. Now it is no longer and wonder where I might have caused this.
Computer has not been altered first of all, regards to OP system, Win7x64bit, and all the rest computer workings.
The, Settings.ini, has the, EnableEditor=1, listed as has been, never changed anything there. Really hadn't noticed as was not attempting any Maps, but after reading some threads recently thought I would take another look. Oops, no feature available.
Must have done something, but can't find it as yet, so came here.
Appreciate any thoughts regards on this.
Got it. it's; EditorEnabled = 1 corrected and now works.
