SMR:I will not install

I'm having trouble installing SMR:I. The installer keeps telling me that I need to start SMR at least once before playing(and I have)

I dont know if it's me, but I am not really finding any fixes/solutions on the interwebs for this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'll make one reply on this subject - stay away from SMRI.

The set of maps was rushed out the door and I do not believe was ever completely repaired. Your best bet, on this forum at least, is to go to the Map Database ( http://smrsimple.com/map-database/ ) and use the maps from there.

I will add that the first one is really MY favorite!

You are not alone Snoopy. Aberdeen Carolina and Western Railroad is the most popular map when measured by comments. I'd encourage anyone to give it a try, it has a very unique play style.

I was just finishing up the last car for my British Columbia map when the family emergency came up. I have the map layout to do and then a few members to test it out......
