installing sam maps in win7 64 bit

i recently changed computers. i did have an alienware computer with windows xp. railroads worked fine. i changed to an alienware computer with windows 7 64 bit. the game loads and works fine. however none of the maps i enter into the usermaps folder show up in the game.
i have gone through the steps to install the maps several times but none show up. any help will be appreciated.

sounds if something up with the install, you did re install not copy things over???

Win 7 64 I use with no issues just re install and check you have the patches and maps in the right folder etc
