keep game going

My games stop after a time with an invitation to continue. Subsequently the game ends with a screen givung a future career tip.
How can I stop this?

Games with a scenario have a built in time limit to accomplish the goals in that scenario. You can keep playing past this time, save the game, and restart it and it should not bother you from that point on. Or just play in sandbox mode where there is no time limit. I do not know of a way around that screen other to create a very long scenario that you will never get to the end of.
