window mode scrolling problem and shading quality

Does anyone have a problem running in windowed mode? I can't scroll down with the mouse when I am not in full screen. I aslo have to manually change the shading quality to high everytime I start the game. Very weird!

if you are using vista you may have to run it as admin before it will change the setting permanently.

I run in windowed mode almost exclusively now without any issues.

I do run it in adminsrative everytime. Dr frag do you use vista?
