Instructions:
Place the file "ALCO RS11 - MT4.FPK" in the root of folder "Sid Meier's Railroads!\CustomAssets", add the lines of the file "XML.TXT" in xml files indicated, enjoy.

A RS11 without the diesel engine, only the electric motors are kept, running from the electricity generated by the main engine. Rebuild by Conrail.
