Unless you want to make them, you are out of luck.

Unlike RRT 3, this game does not have the in-game capabilities to produce engine skins. You have to be expert with several software (Gmax. Blenders etc.) and adopt them to the game’s specifications to be able to do it and it is time consuming. There are only a few people here who are capable to do it, if they have the time and the proper graphic material (detailed pictures)…….

You may be able to re-skin one of the existing Loco's for the engine and as for the cargo, take a look at Rodea's 'Borneo' map for a few really excellent new car types
