i need help how do you create a new lcomotive
OUCH!!!!
Well, a 3d graphics program.....Blender is free, 3D MAX cost up the ying-yang.
A graphics editing program......GIMP is free, Photo Shop might be costly, I've never looked into (better things to do with my money, like memory and graphics cards...
)
A few sights to get data on the locomotive you want to do. I have listed a few sights elsewhere on the forum, but not with dimemsions and such.
A knowledge of NIF/KFM workings. NifSkope is free and lots of info can be found on line.
If the loco you want to do is close to one we have, you can cheat and call it the new one, or learn the above programs and edit one to what you want.
Someone else may be able to lead you a bit more. A lot of it depends on what you own, what you can spend, what you know and what you want to learn.
