Well there is no definite way we have uncovered yet. It was hypothesized that if you could create a car model that trains then could pull eight custom cars which just happen to be visual two cars each.

By using a feature that was dropped form the finale game, tenders. Soon after the game was released a person named "Mange" released mod which implemented these tenders. We then replaced the tender model with a copy of a engine, and doubled the pulling power stat.

Not as far as I know... nor would it really do any good; these double cars would still only hold 1 unit of goods.

You'd need to know not only modeling, but truely understand .nif and .kf editing in order to correctly add the 'bones' and animations needed to make them work correctly.

yeah, sounds like a challenging thing to do. I have no idea how to do that stuff. I'm a 3D animator by trade, so i understand the 3D side of it, but have no idea on the coding for the game side of things.

Would be cool though, even if the cars only held one unit of goods, would just look more like a train to me. Especially with the double engines. :)

NIFtools allows importing of both filetypes.

mstewart1522 - look into Construction Set as we need someone who can do 3D there, now and in the future....

I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....
