any saved game files?

Post by vincep » Mon Jun 28, 2010 7:32 pm

i love this game but i'm not very good at it. do any of you experts have any saved game files so that we could see how you build your railroads? it would be greatly appreciated. for example, i constantly hear the expression, "one train per track". but to me that seems almost impossible. i hope some of you have saves showing this. thanks.

Other than the one efast just posted about I am not aware of any standard example save.

Anyway what "one train per track" means is having dedicated routes for each train. The game is capable of more complex routing but not by much, dedicated routes is just the only absolute reliable tactic for getting zero-congestion.

You sound adventurous though so my advice is to play around in train table mode.

here's a good example, usually i can spot how good my opponents are in the beginning, and since they were not very good, i went for a relaxed traintable play.
