Sorry everyone this was a configuration issue. I needed to give more liberal write permissions to the uploads directory.

Let me test this with a simple upload.

Sorry I think the issue with the intercontinetial mod is the my games folder's name. Steam's SMR copy is either missing the ! or needs the ! removed. I think.

The uplad form will not work if you are uploading large files. This is a restriction just to keep the server from filling up (The more files we have the longer backups take). If you need to upload something ~6-7MB or larger medafire should work: http://www.mediafire.com/
