I must be missing something. I don't see the download for the new City.XML... ???

First, thanks for looking into this. I'm using the SAM. I can work with some XML's but don't really understand all of them. I'm an intermediate user. Any info is greatly appreciated.

By the way, the sz author line says bobby/lowell...

OK... Tried the version I think you suggested several times. Got a little bit further but still crashes every time. I'm having trouble understanding why because I can play BIG scenarios like Monarchy and Australia Gold without a hitch. I'm baffled!
