EMD F-Series Rebuild
This is Part 1 of my current project, the reworked F-Series A- and B-Units . They were difficult to repaint and I wasnt happy with the shape and size. So I gave it a more prototypical look, with some new details. Version 1.0: - seperated sides without decals - many new details, like cab interior wit...

Re: Rail Sizing
Heres my new favorite track color, taken from MSTS
Just unzip it to your map folder in UserMaps or CustomAssets for Scenario Maps, it contains all files (not just the updated ones).
Enjoy

Thank you, I've added that file to both packages now. You will need it only once.VirginiaAndTruckee wrote:SMR keeps asking me for a GG1_ all_unhidden.kf.

Re: Rail Sizing
I know this topic is quite old, but the issue still exists ;) I thought the same about the track gauge, so I scaled it to match my models and the game's scale I set with them for me. I also made the ballast bed a little wider. This will overwrite the default tracks (of course already laid ...

4-8-4 Northern Class 3751
I thought to start a new topic for the release of the model. The previous topic and WIP can be found HERE . I put a lot of work into this, but finally here it is. 4-8-4 Northern Class 3751 (ATSF #3751) Version 1.0: - detailed model of Engine and Tender - all relevant sides are seperated, no d...

Re: Class J 4-8-4
I sure hope wingsophoenix makes one, but I should let him work on ATSF 3751. Another 4-8-4? I'm not so sure about it, already made 8 (with rev1 and 2 of GS) of them  Edit: The streamlined body of the NW J-class is pretty easy to make, with little knowledge of 3d modelling everyone coul...

Small Update on this one, just finished the Tender of it. The Engine still needs some details, that will keep me busy for atleast a week or so.

Re: 4-8-4 Golden State Revision 2
The engines look nice and perform well, but I can't get the tender on the GS4 v2 scheme to show up. How can I fix this? FYI I do have the tender in its rightful place in customassets\xml\rrt_traincars.xml Thank you, theres a typo in RRT_Trains.xml of this engine, it should read: <szTenderCar>235R T...

ALCO PA-1
Well I was trying something different than Steam engines and this is it ;) Its an all new model, made from scratch - besides parts of the trucks - of the ALCO PA/PB-1 Class with ATSF Paintsheme. Version 1.0: - seperate side textures without decals (I can provide a blank texture if needed, just PM me...

Re: ATSF 3751 4-8-4
Sorry, didnt had much time lately  The model of the engine is done, still needs to be painted. It has alot of details, perhaps more than my previous engines (well.. excluding the shay) And after that comes the unique tender, which is in a very early state. Here is a pic of how far I a...

Re: 4-8-4 Golden State Revision 2
There's an animation problem on the GS-6 Rev2. I think this is caused by the unavailability of four kf Files that serves to drive the Wheels, look at the picture below Because 4-8-4_GS-6 just re-skin from the 4-8-4_GS so unnecessary to rename the Kfs file and simply use the Original KFs Thats right...
