Often times I will only buy 90% of stock and keep an eye on who is buying mine. I may then either buy them out, or sell some more so they do not get all of mine, nor do they get a good return on what they have bought already. Having the cash to buy them out is more fun though.

Agreed! A lot of fun this map. The scenario goals forced me to go to parts of the map I would not have necessissarily gone to, and am glad I did. Well done!.

When I want to know the value of a pixel, I will use the pickup tool and match my brush to it, then I can see what the value is. I try not to use anything less than 20,20,20 for my sea bottoms and nothing greater than 200,200,200 for my mountain tops, but that is just me.

Games with a scenario have a built in time limit to accomplish the goals in that scenario. You can keep playing past this time, save the game, and restart it and it should not bother you from that point on. Or just play in sandbox mode where there is no time limit. I do not know of a way around that...
