Well, ive been tryign to make this work and its been.. less than fun. I cant find the XMl in the CustomAssets to edit, any ideas?

Ive understood hwo to do this, but when i access my game files n CustomAssets in my Railroads folder, theres no XML.
Any idea why and how to fix this? Thanks.
