From an online download source, paid the normal $50 for the game or whatever... and now I cannot seem to contact them for help

Since I reinstalled Windows 7 32-bit (and 64-bit also doesnt work) I cannot "activate" game. I am connected to internet then Screen shot taken comes up, and I click "Already Connected" (also tried other option, didnt work). Next error screen appears how can i activate it and play? I have a legit key...

Hello, is there a way to change a settings file to only allow a certain type of bridge? Like all wood bridges or all steel? I've searched all over for the proper file but cant find it.
Also, why do bridges change to partial brick after I created them completely steel?

I think i may have the answer, i can re-download the game from direct2drive with the new 110 update. Gonna take about 5 hours though (cellular internet connection) :/
